Internship in KODA: Conversational AI/ Customer Success

It’s not every day that you get the chance to step into the world of Generative AI from the inside.

Even less often, to learn it in a company that actually delivers AI solutions for leading Polish brands.

And almost never, to do it through an internship that truly teaches you something and can become the start of a longer journey.

We design and implement AI assistants (chatbots, voicebots, and automations) for companies like TVN, Żabka, Biedronka, Santander Consumer Bank, and many others.

We work on our own GenAI platform, used across multiple communication channels to solve real business problems — not in theory, but in practice.

 

About the internship:

We’re looking for people who want to enter the AI/ GenAI space and grow in two areas:

  • Conversational AI — working with language, dialogue, and conversation design
  • Customer Success (GenAI) — working with clients, business needs, and AI implementations

 

What connects both paths?

Path 1: Conversational AI Intern

This path focuses on language, conversation, and linguistic work.

What you’ll learn:

  • how to design chatbot and voicebot conversations (flows, intents, responses),
  • how to work with large language models (LLMs) in real-life use cases,
  • how to test and iterate AI conversations,
  • how to maintain language quality, tone of voice, and brand consistency,
  • how to collaborate with the production team (AI Automation Designer, Conversational AI Engineer, Head of Production).

 

This path is a good fit if:

  • you enjoy language, communication, analysis, and details,
  • you’re curious about how AI “talks” to people,
  • you want to see how linguistics meets technology.

 

Path 2: Customer Success Intern (GenAI)

This path is closer to clients and business.

What you’ll learn:

  • how to build strong relationships with B2B clients,

  • how to explain complex AI solutions in a clear, human way,

  • how to gather requirements and translate them into actions for the production team,

  • how to work with data, summaries, reports, and recommendations,

  • how AI solutions are implemented behind the scenes.

 

This path is a good fit if:

  • you enjoy working with people and conversations,

  • you want to stay close to technology without being technical,

  • you’re interested in a role that connects AI, communication, and business.

 

Who we’re looking for (in both paths)

We’re not looking for a perfect CV or a long list of certificates.
We care about people who have:

  • engagement and proactivity — you ask questions, explore, and take initiative,
  • curiosity and a genuine interest in AI / GenAI,
  • clear and open communication (in Polish and English),
  • responsibility and attention to detail,
  • a willingness to learn, test, and make mistakes,
  • an open mindset and a collaborative attitude.

 

What you’ll gain

Practical details

  • the internships are on-site in Wrocław (city center office) - before you apply, make sure you're able to work from the office several times a week,
  • the internship covers 120 hours for about 2 months, scheduled flexibly around your availability (around 20 hours/ week),
  • the internship is unpaid,
  • there's a possibility to complete it as part of your university program (we’ll help with the paperwork).
