Hi! We’re KODA.
A small, focused team that designs and implements GenAI solutions for some of the largest companies in Poland, including TVN, Żabka, Biedronka, and Santander Consumer Bank.
We work on our own AI platform, powered by LLMs, which supports:
- chatbots and voicebots,
- process automations,
- system integrations,
- omnichannel solutions (chat + voice + backend systems).
We build production-grade solutions that are deployed, maintained, and continuously developed over time.
We move fast and stay practical, without layers that slow down decision-making.
About the role:
GenAI Production Manager is a role for someone who:
- understands AI from a technical, logical, and business perspective,
- can take responsibility for end-to-end production solutions,
- actively works on projects, not just manages them.
This role combines:
- solution design,
- technical decision-making,
- ownership of quality and the direction of production,
- supporting the team in the most complex challenges.

- asks the right questions,
- connects the dots quickly,
- and follows topics through to completion.
We’re looking for someone who:
- is genuinely interested in AI and follows the development of the technology,
- has experience working on complex AI implementations, automations, or system integrations,
- moves confidently in:
- REST APIs,
- data work (JSON, SQL, BigQuery, Excel),
- low-code tools (e.g. Make.com),
- understands how LLMs work and can select them for specific use cases,
- can analyze and craft prompts and understands model limitations,
- thinks systemically, takes ownership of end-to-end solutions, and is deeply engaged in their work,
- acts proactively, thinks creatively, and enjoys testing new solutions,
- can read and create documentation,
- communicates clearly and transparently in both Polish and English.
Nice to have:
- experience in the GenAI domain,
- knowledge of Python,
- working with the terminal and scripts,
- experience with voice projects (SSML),
- experience with omnichannel solutions.
What you’ll be working on:
- analyzing clients’ business needs and designing end-to-end GenAI solutions (chat, voice, automations),
- selecting architecture, technologies, LLMs, and data sources for specific use cases,
- working hands-on with our proprietary low-code platform (scenarios, logic, data),
- designing and configuring integrations with external systems (REST APIs, authentication, tokens),
- building automations in Make.com and connecting data sources (JSON, XML, Excel, SQL, BigQuery),
- ensuring quality, logic, and production readiness of solutions,
- working with conversational interfaces (chat and voice), including SSML and omnichannel solutions,
- supporting the production team with knowledge, experience, and best practices.
