We design and implement GenAI solutions for some of the largest organizations in Poland, including TVN, Żabka, Biedronka, and Santander Consumer Bank.
We work on our own AI platform in a continuous collaboration model, where understanding the client’s business context, clear communication, and joint priority-setting are essential.
About the role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be someone who:
- acts as the first point of contact and a stable partner on behalf of KODA,
- ensures both sides share a clear understanding of goals and direction,
- organizes client needs and puts them into the right business context,
- supports clients in making informed decisions about the further development of AI solutions,
- maintains alignment between client expectations and the real capabilities of the delivery team.
This role requires attention, independent thinking, and responsibility for the quality of collaboration.
During your daily work, you will:
- manage regular communication with clients and ensure clarity at every step,
- gather business needs and objectives and structure them into a clear action plan,
- translate agreements into concrete requirements for the production team,
- monitor the course of cooperation and flag moments that require decisions,
- prepare summaries, recommendations, and conclusions,
- support discussions about the future direction of cooperation and solution development,
- take care of the partnership aspect of the relationship — on both the client and team side.
We’re looking for someone who:
- has experience working with B2B clients (Junior: min. 1 year / Mid: min. 3 years),
- feels confident in business conversations and communicates clearly,
- listens carefully, asks the right questions, and draws meaningful conclusions,
- thinks long-term and takes ownership of their decisions,
- is genuinely interested in AI and new technologies,
- works well in a team environment,
- communicates fluently in both Polish and English,
- lives in Wrocław (or nearby) and is ready to work on-site in our office.

- Salary range:
- Junior: 5,000–6,000 PLN gross (employment contract) / 6,000–7,300 PLN net (B2B)
- Mid: 6,500–9,000 PLN gross (employment contract) / 7,800–11,000 PLN net (B2B)
